Urban Land Institute (ULI) Pro Forma Fundamentals Certificate

In Spring 2021, Tyler Maren, a Community Planner at Barrett Planning Group, earned the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Pro Forma Fundamentals Certificate.

The certificate requires the completion of three of ULI’s online courses on modeling hypothetical pro formas, or real estate financial statements.

The courses cover a wide range of topics such as formatting a financial model in Microsoft Excel, adjusting models to account for different development scenarios, and researching market conditions to maximize accuracy.
